Under the General Regulations for Faculties, the Secretary of each Faculty Board is required to publish a list of those members of the Faculty who together constitute the Faculty for the purposes of the Faculty's November annual meeting.
- Preliminary lists are published in early October (by the first day of Full Term) to enable individuals to check or query their entry or omission.
- Final lists are promulgated by the fifth weekday in November each year by the Secretary of the Faculty Board.

The following deadlines apply to the Faculty membership lists in Michaelmas Term 2025:
Preliminary lists available on Faculty websites: | By 7 October 2025 |
General deadline for sending amendments to Faculties: | 23 October 2025 or as otherwise stated |
Publication of final lists on Faculty websites: | By 6 November 2025 |
Amendments or corrections to preliminary lists should be sent to the Secretary of the Faculty Board concerned.
