Darwin College: Darwin College is hosting its annual public lecture series on the theme of Development – mechanisms of change. Lectures take place on Fridays at 5.30 p.m. The next lecture, Development of climate science, by Julia Slingo from The Met Office, will take place on 13 February 2015. Emmanuel College: Cambridge Seminars in the History of Cartography. Lt Cdr Dr John Ash (Scott Polar Research Institute), presents Sea monsters to sonar: mapping the polar oceans, at 5.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 February 2015, in the Gardner Room, Emmanuel College.
